Welcome to my blog!!!! I’m so glad you’re here!!! I have been posting the reviews of books I’ve read, especially any of the ARCs I receive. Those I get mainly from NetGalley, but also Edelweiss and the authors themselves. I don’t like to say no to those requests, but I get a little behind sometimes and I can’t say yes to everyone. (Contrary to what really occurs!!) I have an absolute blast taking pictures and posting them here. Back in the day I used to be a photographer and I thought it would be fun to pick that back up.
I’ve decided to do a little variety now that I’ve been blogging for a hot minute. Once a week, probably Wednesday, I will post a book that I’ve read, but within five years. Also once a week, I will also review a children’s book. I read some great stuff with my kiddos and I want to share what we really like!
Anyway, if you want to know more about me, check out my About Me page. I’ll probably share random info about my life that seems pertinent to my reviews, but I mostly like to stick to the books! But this does seem like a great time to mention that I adore Odd Thomas (don’t worry, he’s all Stormy’s), Neil Gaiman is a genius, Stephen King is sometimes haunting, Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea has my secret love, and I will always love Ouran High School Host Club. Have I mentioned that I can be totally random?… might be a good time to confirm that.
I may one day start to post chapters of the book I’m writing, but let’s not get too carried away here. I haven’t the time right now between my family, work, and other life stuff. But we’ll see.
