How could this happen!?!?!? I’ve been reading these on ComiXology as free/ included with membership, but come to find out, volume six is not included!!!!!! I cannot believe it!!! I’m so very irritated…… just to be clear, the companion, Heaven & Earth isn’t included either. So I can either spend about $21 for the two as digital copies, or get the paperback set at $52. Have I mentioned I’m seriously annoyed!?
Anyway, book five is my favorite so far because of all stuff the kids are figuring out. Especially about the villain. Like my mind may have exploded. The novel itself is so stellar and the drawings are still magnificent. I just can’t push myself to rave just yet. Because who knows what the sixth installation will be like. Excuse me while I do some adult pouting.
Okay, so maybe I was being a little dramatic… I feel way better about the ComiXology debacle now that I have the set in my hands. I’ve got to say there are a lot of graphic novels can be ready quite comfortably on my tablet, but this series… I’m gonna have to go with the physical copies!!!! The detailed drawing just about jump off the pages at ya!!
Point is, book five is no longer my favorite because book six is. No contest. So read on!! And if you’re sensitive like me, snag a box of tissues in case you happen to need those. I sure as heck did!! Have a great, dark, crazy time reading!!!
